TIO3 – Event & Business Center is a dynamic business hub and event venue. Around 30 companies are based here, spanning a variety of industries. From dynamic IT companies and design agencies to specialized consultancies and organizations supporting job seekers, TIO3 provides a home for a wide range of business activities. On weekdays, around 200 motivated professionals are active within the building.

The business center also offers various facilities for meetings and training sessions. Our meeting rooms come equipped with projection options, flipcharts, video conferencing systems and can be arranged flexibly according to your needs. Additionally, catering options are available to complement your event.

The building features exceptional rooms, including the impressive Panorama Room with views of the city of Ronse, the ‘Bistro’ Room with access to a cozy garden and the Foyer, which connects to the Auditorium, a Conference Hall with seating for 120 attendees.

Sustainability
At TIO3 – Event & Business Center, we are committed to energy efficiency and sustainability. We offer 12 charging stations for electric vehicles, allowing visitors and staff to easily charge their cars. Our 76 solar panels provide in the warmer months a sustainable energy complement to power the businesses thriving in the TIO3 building.
Additionally, TIO3 – Event & Business Center uses a combined heat and power (CHP), cogeneration plant, which generates during winter season both heat and electricity simultaneously, reducing external electricity supply.
